It's come to our attention that our fearless leader, is actually a afraid of leadership in general, but especially of doing committee work. We're not sure why, but it's been a real challenge in getting them to attend our meetings.
As a result, we've had to get creative with our committee names. Instead of the usual "Committee to Eliminate Committee Names," we're now calling it the " Committee to Eliminate Committee Names, Because Our Leader is Afraid of Committee Work, But Actually Just Afraid of Leadership in General, But Also Afraid of Doing Committee Work, But Mostly Just Afraid of Being Asked to Do Committee Work, Because Then They Have to Do Actual Work, Which is Hard, But Also Afraid of Being Asked to Actually Do Actual Work, Because Then They Have to, You Know, Work, And That's Hard, Too."
Join us in our quest to help our leader overcome their fear of committees, or at the very least, figure out what's causing it so we can just work around it.
