PROPOSED MOTION 38: "To establish a national holiday to celebrate the art of procrastination."
WHEREAS, the productivity of the nation is in dire need of a boost;
WHEREAS, the concept of "productive leisure" has been lost to the ages;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the 38th day of May be declared a national holiday;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all citizens be encouraged to spend the day lounging on the couch;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the phrase "I'm on a deadline!" be declared a national motto.
