Section 1: Donut Definition
A donut is a round, sweet, and fluffy food item typically consisting of a fried or baked dough shell filled with a sweet filling. In the context of this committee, a donut is any baked or fried item that is not a cake, but looks like it should be.
According to Article 3, Section 2 of the Donut Constitution, a donut is:
a) a circular or oval-shaped food item; b) not a cake; c) sweet; d) fluffy.
