Frosting Experts Subcommittee: Agenda

This subcommittee is dedicated to the art of applying the perfect amount of frosting to a variety of baked goods. Members will explore and debate the optimal ratio of sugar to fat, and the ideal consistency for a given dessert.

Meetings will occur bi-weekly, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All meetings will feature a cake tasting segment, where members will sample and vote on various frosting styles.
