Article 1: The Foosball Stick

The official foosball stick shall be made of durable material, preferably wood or plastic.

It shall have 19 holes for the cue ball to pass through.

Any stick that is deemed "not durable" shall be replaced immediately.

Any player found to be using an unapproved stick shall be subject to penalty.
