Item 2: "Report on the committee's budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024." - Larry Johnson read a 20 page report that no one actually understood.

Item 3: "Vote on the committee's official snack food." - 3 members voted to have pizza, 1 member abstained because they were allergic to cheese.
