Meeting 2, Item 1 - Agenda Item

Chairperson, Jane Doe, opened the meeting at 2:00 PM in the conference room. Present were members John Smith, Bob Johnson, and Mary Wilson. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the committee's mission statement, which was last revised in 2018 and has been collecting dust ever since.

Action Items:

Action 1: Reformat the meeting minutes to use Comic Sans.
Action 2: Develop a new committee logo featuring a picture of a pylon.
Action 3: Host a committee retreat to a tropical island to "get out of the office".

Our next meeting will be held in 6 weeks to discuss the committee's "Vision and Mission Statement" which will be "something to do".
