As per Article 12, Section 7, Subsection B of the Internal Memo, all committee members are required to fill out Form 27-B/6 before proceeding with any official business.
This form, also known as the 'Form of Extreme Bureaucratic Prolixity', consists of 17 pages of inane questions and pointless verbiage, and must be completed in triplicate.
Failure to comply with this regulation will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: Unscheduled Meeting with Unscheduled Person, Unscheduled Meeting with Scheduled Person, and Involuntary Attendance at Optional Event.
