Resolution 001: Declare Tuesdays as Official Nap Time

WHEREAS, Tuesdays are the most underappreciated day of the week; AND WHEREAS, the committee has an abundance of meetings to attend; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that every Tuesday shall be declared an official nap time, commencing at 2:00 PM sharp.
