- The Feline Overlord shall be installed in the central server room, surrounded by an aura of catnip and laser pointers.
- All committee members are required to bring their favorite cat treats to the meetings.
- A minimum of 2 hours shall be dedicated to cat videos every meeting.

- Assign a committee member as the Feline Overlord's personal servant.
- Order 10,000 catnip toys for the Feline Overlord's throne.
- Schedule a meeting with the Squirrel Division to discuss inter-species cooperation.
