- To do absolutely nothing of consequence.
- To spend an inordinate amount of time discussing nothing.
- To create a subcommittee to discuss even further the lack of productivity.

- Date: Never.
- Time: Sometime.
- Location: The same place we always meet, because why change?
Decided Upon:
- To serve coffee and stale biscuits at the next meeting.
- To have a discussion on the merits of beige as a wall color.
- To create a committee of committee chairpersons.
