Infinite Loops Resolution 2

Resolution 2 of our infinite loops initiative aims to address the pressing issue of infinite loops by establishing a clear process for determining when an infinite loop is actually just really, really long.

This resolution is a direct response to the concerns of our constituent, Dave, who wrote to us stating that "I've been staring at this one line of code for hours and I'm pretty sure it's infinite."

The goals of this resolution are:

• Establish a definition of an infinite loop that includes, but is not limited to:
• a loop that runs longer than the lifespan of the universe
• a loop that causes the user's eyes to water due to staring at it for extended periods
• a loop that requires the use of multiple screens and a white noise machine
• a loop that results in the user becoming a hermit due to social isolation
