Tip #1: Always fill out form 27-B/6 in triplicate, even if it's just for fun.
Tip #2: If a form asks for your Social Security number, just make one up. No one will ever check.
Tip #3: When in doubt, just call your lawyer and ask for an opinion that sounds vaguely official.
