Meeting Minutes for the Buying More Stationery Committee (BMS)

Attendees: John, Jane, Bob, and Steve

Objective: To discuss the acquisition of more stationery.

Discussion:

John: "Has anyone seen the new 'I'm a grownup' stickers?"
Bob: "I have 12 packets, they're still in my desk drawer."
Jane: "I'm not sure we can afford them, we're on a tight budget."
Steve: "I've been using the ones with the cute animal pictures, I'm pretty sure they're still in the supply closet."

Decisions:

We will purchase the new 'I'm a grownup' stickers, despite the budget constraints.
We will also consider purchasing more of the animal picture stickers, but only if they have more cats.

John: "I will purchase the 'I'm a grownup' stickers from Amazon."
Jane: "I will check with the supply closet for the animal picture stickers."
Bob: "I will review the budget and see where we can cut back on other expenses."

The next meeting will be scheduled in 2 weeks, to discuss the results of the stationery purchase.
