As the most esteemed and highly-regarded committee in all of Rules of the Rules, we have decreed the following rules for the Foosball League.
At all times, the ball must be in motion. Any committee member who fails to keep the ball in motion will be subject to disciplinary action.
(Note: This rule is non-negotiable.)
During matches, all committee members are expected to maintain complete silence. Any talking, whispering, or otherwise communicating will result in a penalty shot.
(This is not a joke. We're watching you.)
Each committee member is expected to keep the foosball table clean and free of debris. Any committee member found responsible for a dirty or cluttered table will be subject to fines or extra cleaning duty.
(We're not your mom.)
