By the power vested in us, we, the Subcommittee 2, have decreed the following rules for Shot Execution in the Committee Foosball League.
Shots must be placed on the left side of the table, unless you are playing with a lefty, in which case, they must be placed on the right side.
Shots must be executed at a speed of exactly 4.5 miles per hour, plus or minus 0.2 miles per hour. Anything faster or slower will result in a warning from the Subcommittee 2.
Straight shots are not allowed. All shots must be angled at least 30 degrees to the left or right, unless you have a special dispensation from the Subcommittee 2.
Violations of these rules will result in penalties, as follows:
One point will be deducted from your score for each minor infraction. Five points will be deducted for a major infraction.
Two points will be added to your opponent's score for each minor infraction.
Subcommittee 2 is not responsible for your emotional well-being. You have been warned.
