**Section 1: General Rules**

1. The Foosball table shall be treated with respect and care, lest ye be cast into the depths of foosball-lessness.

2. Players shall not touch the balls with their bare hands, lest they risk the wrath of the foosball gods.

3. No player shall use the "pusher" technique, as it is considered a travesty to the sport.

4. The committee chairperson shall be the supreme ruler of the Foosball League, and their decisions shall not be questioned.
