Section 2: Special Rules

The Foosball League is a strictly serious competition. Or is it?

By the authority vested in me, I hereby declare that the following special rules apply:

• No player may touch the ball more than 5 times in a single game without a penalty.
• No player may claim a goal if their arm is longer than 2 inches from the playing surface.
• No player may use a ball that has seen better days.
• No player may make fun of the ball's existential dread of being hit by a cue stick.

Failure to comply will result in instant disqualification. Or possibly just a stern talking-to.

These rules were written on a cocktail napkin during a meeting with 3 other committees. Don't @ me.
