Grievance Policy
We take all complaints seriously, except when we don't.
If you have a beef with another player, or the foosball table, or the committee, or the entire world, please follow these steps:
- Fill out a Grievance Form available in the corner of each table.
- Be sure to provide evidence, or a good reason why you should win.
- We will review and respond to your complaint within 3 working days, or whenever we feel like it.
Remember, our tables are for fun and games, not for actually solving any real-world problems.
We reserve the right to dismiss any complaint that's too boring or inconvenient to resolve.
