By order of the Committee of Foosball Leagues, Level 2 Penalties are hereby established to ensure a fair and entertaining experience for all players.
A player who spins the ball more than 5 times in a single game shall be subject to the Spin of Shame, where their score will be reduced by 5 points and they must wear a "I Spin a Lot" armband for the duration of the game.
