The ball must be made of a material that is at least 90% pure, unadulterated, and unashamedly plastic.
Each player shall be at least 5'2" tall and have a minimum of 3 limbs, but no more than 6.
Playtime shall be precisely 30 minutes, minus 2 minutes for commercial breaks. In the event of a tie, the winner shall be determined by a game of rock-paper-scissors.
Subcommittee A shall consist of the two tied players, the tournament director, and a randomly selected committee member.

Any player who is caught intentionally sticking their finger in the machine shall be subject to a penalty of 5 minutes in the penalty box.
