Loopy Committee: Looping Exercise
The Loopy Committee has decreed that all members must engage in a minimum of 4 hours of looping exercise per week. This may involve:
- Spinning around in circles
- Tilting at windmills
- Walking in place
- Jumping up and down on one foot
Our experts have determined that the optimal looping frequency is 3.14 times per minute. Any less and you're not really looping at all.
