Motion to Adjourn

This motion is brought forth by Chairperson, Jane Doe, as a means of escaping the crushing ennui of committee work.

Justification:

• We are all tired of this meeting.
• We have nothing of substance to discuss.
• We would rather be home watching cat videos.

Recommendation:

• We propose to adjourn the meeting at once, and never meet again.
• We suggest everyone goes home, locks the doors, and pretends the meeting never occurred.

Seconding:

• Seconded by Committee Member, Bob Smith, who just wants to go home and take a nap.

Vote:

• Unanimous vote of 5-0-0 (all members abstained due to lack of interest).
