Welcome to the Committee on Food as Art Form, where we take your average, everyday meal and turn it into a transcendent experience.
We are a group of highly skilled, highly paid, and highly pretentious individuals dedicated to elevating the humble art form of food into something truly sublime.
Our fearless leader, Jean-Luc, has spent years studying the ontological implications of food in a postmodern society. He is the author of several books on the subject, including "The Metaphysics of Miso Soup" and "A Brief History of Croque-Madame." When not busy pontificating, Jean-Luc can be found sipping espresso and complaining about the meaninglessness of life.
