Yesterday, I bought a wheel of gouda and it was a gouda disaster!
First, it was too expensive. Then it was too smelly. And then it just exploded in my face!
I'm starting to think that maybe, just maybe, I'm allergic to cheese.
Just had a doctor's visit and it turns out I have a rare case of "Cheese-Allergy-osis"
I'm going to have to start carrying a Epi-Pen at all times

Has anyone else experienced a severe reaction to a well-aged gouda?
