Recipe 5: Pan-Seared Pesto Pesto-Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook the basil for 10 minutes, or until it's slightly charred. Mix the olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix until it's a pesto-licious mess. Serve on toasted bread.
