Motion 1: To adopt the new Spoon of the Year Award, recognizing outstanding contributions to the art of eating with a spoon.
Seconded by: Carol the Carefree Spoonist
Motion 2: To increase spoon-related funding by 10% to combat "Spoon-Related Fatigue"
Resolution 1: The Spoon Council hereby establishes the Spoon of the Year Award to be given annually to the most deserving spoon.
Resolution 2: The Spoon Council hereby increases the spoon-related budget by 10% for the fiscal year 20XX-20XX
