In this phase, we'll help you understand what Timey-itis is, and why you're probably experiencing it. Don't worry, it's not just a myth.

You'll learn about the symptoms: feeling like time is moving too fast, feeling like you're stuck in a time loop, and feeling like you've been here before.

We'll also cover the basics of Timey-itis prevention, like avoiding paradoxes and not talking to time travelers.

And because we're not monsters, we'll even give you some Timey-itis-themed coping mechanisms to get you through the tough times.
