The Cookie Crisis: A Declaration

By the power vested in us, we, the undersigned, do hereby declare that cookies shall be considered a human right.

Article I, Section 1:

• Every human being has the inherent right to consume cookies.
• Cookies are a fundamental component of a balanced diet.
• Restrictions on cookie consumption shall be considered a human rights abuse.

Article II, Section 2:

• Cookies shall be protected from arbitrary deletion.
• No cookie shall be considered "soft" and therefore expendable.
• The cookie shall be considered a sacred trust.

We, the signatories to this declaration, do solemnly declare that cookies are not a snack, nor an indulgence, but a human necessity.
