Triple Layer Chocolate Mousse Cake
A rich, over-the-top cake fit for a chocolate king/queen.
- 1 cup (200g) dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup (200g) heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large egg yolks
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
