Decision 4: The Atomic Bag

Whiskerface the Great, Supreme Ruler of the Feline Empire, has decreed that all citizens shall carry an Atomic Bag in times of crisis. This decision is non-negotiable, as it will save the Empire from certain doom.

Each Atomic Bag shall contain 1 (one) can of tuna, 1 roll of duct tape, and 1 small bottle of hair conditioner. This combination of items has been proven to increase the chances of survival in the face of an impending disaster by 3000%.

The Empire will provide each citizen with 1 free Atomic Bag upon signing the Oath of Whiskerface.
