SECTION 2
Appendix C: The Mysterious Case of the Missing Coffee Machines
It was a dark and stormy night when the department's coffee machines began to malfunction.
At first, it seemed like a simple case of a clogged filter or a dead battery, but as the days went by, the problems persisted.
We called in the experts: a team of highly trained, highly caffeinated detectives.
After weeks of investigation, they finally cracked the case: it was the janitor.
Yes, you heard that right. The janitor, who was secretly a master of disguise and a ninja of mischief, had been stealing the coffee machines to sell them on the black market for a profit.
But why the sudden interest in the black market, you ask?
It turned out the janitor had a twin sister, who was a renowned coffee connoisseur and collector.
She had been paying top dollar for rare and exotic coffee machines, and the janitor saw an opportunity too good to pass up.
And so, the coffee machines were sold, and the department was left with a serious case of withdrawal symptoms.
But don't worry, the machines were recovered, and the department is once again caffeinated.
Or so we thought.
