We are the Department of Irrelevance, specifically the Office of Red Tape. Our mission is to create an endless loop of paperwork, bureaucracy, and pointless meetings. Our goal is to make sure that every decision is delayed, every action is hindered, and every deadline is missed. Our motto: "We're not just a red tape, we're the red tape of the world."
