Day 5: Meditation

Today, we're going to meditate. Yes, you. You, too. Everyone. We're all going to sit in silence, focus on our breath, and contemplate the meaninglessness of existence.

But don't worry, we're not going to actually do anything productive. That's the point. We're going to waste our time thinking about nothing, feeling our feelings, and watching paint dry.
