Technique 4: Extreme Prolongation
Also known as "The Art of Doing Nothing for an Extra 10 Years," this technique involves taking the principles of procrastination to new heights. By doing absolutely nothing at all, you will achieve a state of ultimate relaxation and possibly even get a few gray hairs.
- Step 1: Find a comfortable chair
- Step 2: Sit in it for an extended period
- Step 3: Repeat steps 1 & 2 until you feel like doing something else
Optional:
- Take a 5-minute break to grab a snack or use the bathroom
- Stare at a wall for an additional 30 minutes
Remember, the key to success with this technique is to set a timer, but only to watch it tick away, never actually looking at it.
