Bathroom Surveillance Mandate: Protocol 8.1

Effective immediately, all citizens are required to submit to regular, unannounced inspections of their bathrooms.

These inspections will be led by specially trained agents of the Bathroom Surveillance Agency (BSA) and will cover all aspects of bathroom usage, including but not limited to:

• Frequency of showering
• Proper toilet paper alignment
• Examination of soap scum deposits
• Inspection of toilet brush usage and maintenance

Failure to comply with this mandate will result in:

• Fines of up to 1000 dollars
• Confiscation of all bathroom privileges for a period of 30 days
• Reeducation through a mandatory 3-hour seminar on "The Importance of Bathroom Hygiene"
