WHEREAS, it has come to my attention that the snack budget has been depleted by the Emperor's extensive collection of rare cheeses
WHEREAS, the lack of snacks has caused undue suffering and discontent among my subjects
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
THAT a new shipment of artisanal, small-batch, hand-crafted cheeses be procured forthwith
AND
THAT a special task force be established to investigate the disappearance of the last batch of gluten-free crackers
