Article III: The Art of Procrastination

Section 1: The Procrastination Index

Rule 1: Thou shalt not open the same tab more than three times in a row without switching to a different task.
Rule 2: Any task that can be put off for more than 30 minutes is considered an acceptable excuse.
Rule 3: All breaks shall be taken in 10-minute increments, with at least 5 minutes of actual rest time.

These rules are in effect until further notice, or until the coffee machine breaks.
