Hamster Citizenship Requirements

To become a citizen of Fluffnstuff, a hamster's paradise, the following requirements must be met:

1. Be a hamster.
2. Have a valid hamster-sized identification number.
3. Pass a rigorous taste-testing course, where you'll be evaluated on your appreciation for sunflower seeds and carrots.
4. Prove your ability to burrow efficiently through a 3-foot tunnel in under 5 minutes.
