Section 1: The Right to Roll

Article II, Section 1: All hamsters have the inalienable right to roll in the wheel as much as possible without fear of reprisal or ridicule.

HSC Decision 1234: The wheel is the hamster's domain, and any attempts to restrict its use will be met with fierce resistance and cute little paws.
