Heart Rate Exercise Plan for Saturday

Warm Up (10 minutes)

Start with 5 minutes of light cardio, like jogging in place or jumping jacks.

Interval Training (20 minutes)

Alternate between 2 minutes of intense exercise and 1 minute of rest. Repeat for 20 minutes.

Cool Down (5 minutes)

Finish with 5 minutes of stretching to prevent injury and promote recovery.
