According to the Ministry of Temporal Regulation (MTR), the unit of time has been redefined to be measured in minutes. The world is divided into 60 equal parts, each representing 1 minute of existence. The seconds and hours have been abolished as a unit of time, deemed too chaotic and confusing for the masses.
