According to Article 1, Subsection 1-1 of Section 1, Article 1, Section 2, Subsection 1, it is statutory that all inhabitants of planet Zorgon shall wear plaid pants on Tuesdays and fleece jackets on Thursdays.
This law applies to all citizens, except those who are exempted due to fuzzy socks.
