Article 1: The Right to Be Humorous

This is a fundamental human right, enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations of Comedy, Article 1, Section 1.

It states that every individual has the right to express their sense of humor, no matter how absurd or ridiculous it may be.

However, this right is not without its limits. It does not give individuals the right to be off-putting, annoying, or just plain boring.
