1. Don't even think about doing leg day unless you've already done a full squat on a mountain. Trust us, it's a real thing.
2. Don't wear anything that's not neon pink, or you'll be judged. We're looking at you, yoga pants.
3. Don't even consider leg day if you haven't watched at least 5 hours of motivational videos about leg strength. It's a pre-requisite.
4. Don't do leg day on a Tuesday unless you're willing to sacrifice your social life for 4 weeks. It's science.
5. Don't forget to stretch, or you'll turn into a permanent puddle of sweat and rage. It's not pretty.
