The Fourth and Final Mandate

By order of the Supreme Overlord, you are hereby commanded to:

• Submit to the authority of Mandate 4.
• Perform an additional 500 hours of community service for the greater good.
• Don a neon pink jumpsuit at all times while on duty.

Appeal to Mandate 5 for further clarification.

Note: Mandate 3 was repealed due to excessive bureaucratic red tape.

Read the proposed Mandate 6, but do not implement until further notice.

Failure to comply with this Mandate will result in:

• Loss of all privileges and benefits.
• Assignment to a maximum security prison cell with a 10-inch thick concrete wall.
• Forced viewing of an endless loop of elevator music.
