Minuscule Mandate 2, Section 2.2.1: The Unyielding Edict of Unimpressive Proportions

A. The Edict

By the power vested in us, we, the Council of Unimpeachable Mandates, hereby declare the following:

1. That the height of all tables shall be exactly 3.5 inches.
2. That all fonts shall be rendered in Comic Sans, unless specifically overridden by a more powerful mandate.
3. That the maximum number of tabs on any browser shall be precisely 7, lest one risk incurring the wrath of the Mandates.

Failure to comply with this edict shall be punishable by the following penalties:

1. Relegation to an eternity of browsing on dial-up.
2. Forfeiture of all access to the internet, save for the most mundane of tasks.
3. Forced viewing of an endless loop of cat videos.
