By order of the Ministry of Pointless Regulations, all citizens are required to spend exactly 4 hours and 22 minutes per week filling out Form 345-B in triplicate.
Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Reassignment to the Department of Unnecessary Labor
- Loss of all vacation time for a period of up to 5 years
- Mandatory attendance of weekly meetings to discuss the meaninglessness of Form 345-B
