MANDATE 2-4-3: A Decree of Utter Disregard

By order of the Supreme Ruler of the Realm, it is hereby decreed that all citizens shall:

• Wear socks of exactly 17.5 inches in length on Tuesdays
• Sing the national anthem thrice daily, at precisely 3:14 AM, 12:00 PM, and 9:00 PM
• Consume exactly 42 units of cheese per serving, no more, no less, for every meal
