**WARNING:** In accordance with Article III, Section 2, Subsection 1, all users are required to read this document carefully before proceeding.
**PURPOSE:** This manual outlines the protocols and procedures for implementing Mandate 3, Section 3.2, which includes the following:
- Article 3, Section 2, Subsection 1: Mandatory Training for all users
- Article 3, Section 2, Subsection 2: Mandatory Use of Safety Harnesses
- Article 3, Section 2, Subsection 3: Mandatory Reporting of Near-Misses
Section 3-2-1: Mandatory Training
All users are required to complete a minimum of 8 hours of training before proceeding. This training includes but is not limited to:
- Introduction to Mandate 3, Protocol 3.2
- Emergency Procedures and Protocols
- Safety Hazard Recognition and Mitigation
**IMPORTANT:** Failure to complete this training will result in immediate revocation of access.
Section 3-2-2: Mandatory Use of Safety Harnesses
All users are required to wear safety harnesses at all times while on site. Harnesses are available for pickup in the Safety Office.
Section 3-2-3: Mandatory Reporting of Near-Misses
All users are required to report any near-misses immediately. Near-misses include but are not limited to:
- Slip, trips, and falls
- Minor injuries requiring medical attention
- Unplanned absences from workstations
**IMPORTANT:** Failure to report near-misses will result in a thorough investigation and potential disciplinary action.
